2024 Otago Secondary School's Winners

The 2024 Otago Secondary School's Teams Tournament was held last Friday (sports week) with a strong Otago Boy's  High School Team made up of Ashton Hansen, Mason Hansen & Jamie Beaman  retaining the Otago Boy's  Secondary School's title from Bayfield High School (A) made up of Riley Bridgman, Finley Rowe & Nick Woodley in second place.  This year the girl's title went to Trinity College consisting of Aria Bannister, Mackenzie Thompson & Harper Bannister  - winning two matches to one  over last year's winning team Columba College of Melanie Button, Alli MacEwan & Crystal Chiang. 
Twenty team's  from Bayfield High School, Columba College,  John McGlashan College,  Otago Boy's High School, South Otago High School, Taieri College & Trinity College battled it out during the day to achieve the final results below.
Mixed 'A':  OBHS (A), Bayfield HS (A), Trinity College, Taieri College (Gold) & Columba College
Mixed 'B':   Bayfield HS (B), Taieri College (Blue), SOHS (1), Taieri College (Silver), John McGlashan College (A) & Otago Boy's High School (B)  
Mixed 'C':     OBHS (C), John McGlashan College (B), Taieri College (Orange), SOHS (2) & John McGlashan College (C)
Mixed 'D':      OBHS (4), Taieri College (Red),  Taieri College (Year  7 & 8), John McGlashan College (D)
