Welcome to the 2025 Central Otago squash season.
(Alexandra Squash Club; Wanaka Squash Club; Cromwell Community Squash Club; Queenstown Squash Club; Omakau Squash Club: Maniototo Squash Club) We have a couple of important dates coming up - hopefully this has already been circulated to your club but just in case you haven't, see below. Pre-Season Competition: Pre-Season competition will start 16th April and be shortened to 3 weeks. Entries need to be in to Brent Taucher by Sunday, 6th April. All clubs are invited including Omakau if they have players interested. All clubs will host one round. This is an individual competition so no prize money for the top club this year (only bragging rights). Interclub: Interclub will start on 14th May. Entries need to be in to Brent Taucher by Sunday, 4th May. Once entries are in, we will develop divisions. Thoughts are that Prems. will have 3 player teams & play PAR 15 (someone tell GC). Division 1 will be 4 player teams & play PAR 11; Division 2 will be 5 player teams & play PAR 11. Due to numbers, there will be no women's draws this year instead the women will join Division 2.
